Packages are generally dispatched within 3 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Korea Post with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by EMS with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method or select EMS shipping option. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

All approved returns must be delivered to worldhobbyist.com in an unused and unaltered condition with the original or better packaging. Ensure that the products are well packaged. Refunds will not be issued on returns that are damaged during shipment back to worldhobbyist.com. In the unfortunate event that damage does occur, a refund will be issued when a claim has been settled with the carrier. Failure to comply with this return policy will result in a refusal of the shipment and the goods will be returned to the customer at their own expense.
